How much is gas where you are? Around my house I see $2.25 to $2.40 a gallon.

Oil just slipped under $60 a barrel and Saudi Arabia says it is profitable down to $40 and is determined to maintain market share, and Exxon declares no problem, it can handle $40 as well.

Amazing.

Huge oil wars we are having now... imagine 33% further reduction!??? We are already inflation adjusted the lowest it has been in 10 years. Another 33% is almost unthinkable.

Now, think about all the mega wind and solar installations coming online in Europe and USA. Then think of the huge shale and tar sands reserves. It will take a lot of war and instability for oil to get back up to $100 again.

Interesting times.
