We got 3 meats, and 3 sides and had food left over with our party of 5. Price? $39 after the home school 25% off discount!

But the coolest part was the whole family worked the restaurant. Kids were super bright and service was impeccable.

I chatted with the owner for about 20 mins. Great guy, also operates an airboat for tours of alligators and birds.

And has been doing 2D and 3D art for 30 years!

The place is only open thur-fri-sat and only from lunch to 7pm!

Now that is work-life balance!

And it is his 24th and most profitable business to date...
