It seems to me to to kick the heroin addiction in the USA, we have to start with stopping the Opioids being subscribed at the rate of 250 million subscriptions *a year*.

Now, what could we do to replace opioids? If only there was some sort of plant you could grow in a pot like a tomato?

We could even free up 50% of the LEO & Prison industries and save ourselves $80 billion a year. Enough to pay for everyone's college *and* triple NASA's budget.

If only we lived in a country that put a priority on individual freedoms.
