Each American should be their own LLC

Each American should be their own LLC.

We should all off-shore all of our revenues and intellectual property. Ireland, Isle of Man, and Caymans are tax friendly.

Our physical persons domiciled inside of the United States are simply us being good guys and bringing 'manufacturing' home.

Thus our persons at home can be wrapped in their own cost-center LLC. When we make some sort of mistake, fraud or crime, we can simply dispose of the domestic LLC because as it was just a cost center - it will have no meaningful assets.

In fact, all of our spending on this cost center will be reasonable business deductions for our offshore holding company.

Our physical USA-based person will have no effective income and will then qualify for whatever remaining social net services that remain from the other citizens still foolish enough to pay taxes.

All the while our physical person will enjoy access to the largest market in the world, and all the other benefits of being an American doing business in America.

All the gain, and none of the pain!
