As liberal and progressive as I am, what is the point of spending a trillion of dollars a year and we still get this butt hurt bullshit.
No. We should not have backdoors for government. The Constitution is the Constitution. It is the contract between the people and the government.
But, but! Yes, for these billions and trillions I *expect* the government to do what it takes to stop that Jack Bauer/Nuke exploding in 3 hours unless X. Own it. Break the Constitution if the fate of the USA is at stake. That is what a Presidential Pardon is for damn it. Work for it.
