We just had an amazing 5-star dinner - check what Kaiwen made:
Braised lemon chicken with carrots
Mashed potatoes
Garlic creamed spinach
Mushroom soup
All from scratch, with fresh ingredients.
We ate it all up before I thought about taking a picture.
But we seriously ate good tonight.
While hanging onto the dive mooring of San Pedro's Castle which means the most sheltered bay on the southern Grand Cayman coast (not one of the official yacht moorings). And we are the only boat in sight.
We are all enjoying sharing the data off of my new Project Fi Pixel 2 (thank you all for the recommendations!).
Gorgeous sunset.
Helped a friend of mine for a few hours today with some tech work.
Spent the afternoon with Kyle and Max debugging the state machine logic of our rover code.
And went diving before lunch.
And I am sipping a rum from a nice cask I found in our deep food stores from Martinique from over a year ago.
It just cannot get better.
Full of gratitude for everyone and every experience.
Oh, it is a tad chilly. I had to wear a sweatshirt today. At several points. Hmmph.
