Isaac Vazquez is an amazing cook and he does not get seasick! Woot!

Yesterday he cooked this delicious enchiladas after first BBQing the chicken for them on the grill. Just a light tasteful amount of cheese, not a sloppy swamp like at an American restaurant.

Tonight he followed up with breaded and fried southern style shrimp and mashed potatoes!

Now the kids are enjoying a wholesome game of Cards Against Humanity where they do not get half of the celebrity references but do get all the rest....
