Friends, I have been foolish paying my taxes.

Yesterday I created several new entities to capture my global work.

Erik Bethke Operations, LLC handles most of my actual work in the game industry and is headquartered in Ireland.

Erik Bethke Cost Center, LLC is the entity that I am using going forward to capture activities such as doing dad-stuff, buying groceries, housing and other USA.

Erik Bethke intellectual property, inc is also an Irish company, headquartered in Switzerland. All my long term IP is owned by this dedicated entity and leased back to ErIk Bethke Operations, LLC. This is necessary in case operations is ever found to be in breach of tax evasion, no seizure of assets can ever get to the good stuff.

Monthly I will sweep the profits from Erik Bethke Operations to Erik Bethke Capital, inc. which is a Caymen Islands company that is 100% owned by Bethke a Trust formed in the Isle of Man which has instructions to auto destruct itself and release its holdings to Backup Bethke, Inc formed in Malta.

None of these entities are controlled or managed by the physical human Erik Bethke who was designed in California and resides in Texas. That entity is merely a labor unit working for minimum wage to Cost Center, and is supplementing his poverty income with a credit line from Bethke Capital in the Caymen Islands.

The great news here guys is that I no longer pay taxes, and in fact like GE I am getting paid back Federal tax credits from the Earned Income Tax Credit

Furthermore my shareholders at Bee Cave Games love it as it saves payroll taxes on my labor as they can now just pay raw cash and issue a 1099 to Erik Bethke Operations in Ireland.

Finally, don't hate me because you are sending me your tax dollars and I am paying nothing. Instead be grateful that occasionally the Erik Bethke Cost Center consumes products and services in the USA. So in fact this structure supports my operations as a Job Creator!

PS Erik Bethke Capital Inc, is concerned about undue regulations on the banking industry and as such uses its right to free speech to defeat legislation that would cause Transactions between USA entries and Caymen entities to be disclosed.
