I feel for military and other federal employees and their families.

But this shutdown is all GOP.

GOP owns the White House, Senate, House and even the Supreme Court.

Sure they can blame the Democrats and their base will believe them. It will be great internal propaganda. Just like shithole countries played well with that same base.

But will independents believe that the Democrats, the minority, the *snowflakes* - were able to break the GOP and Trump? Is that what they really wanna sell in 2018 and 2020?

That they were too weak to keep the government running?

30 House Republicans have already announced their retirement.

The Dine and Dash continues. And now that the tax cut has been delivered, we are seeing the Dash.
