Greg Abbott is going to send a bunch of clueless bigots to be foot soldier ground fodder that will be paying personal penalties for violating federal civil rights laws:

He is encouraging them to violate federal law and in turn they will be paying personal penalties, and he will still personally profit from trapping him between law and propaganda.

I think we need a federal injunction that applies 1983 jointly and severely to Abbott as well as any partisans taking public money.
