My friend Mike Starbird wrote a very important essay.

The big social media tech companies have a special obligation to repair the damage that their tech has created.

Please, no 1st Amendment Rights!!! These are private companies that have a long history of being comfortable banning people.

This is a question of weaponry gone bad. And we have not yet seen the worst of it yet.

For those of you that are not product managers, yes this is all very straightforward and yes it is basically a normal technique. This is not crazy talk.
