She was harvested by the prison industry for being poor and then killed. More money will be spent on the paper work of the prison guards and so called medical staff murdering her than the fine she was supposed to pay for shoplifting.

One day the people are going to flip the table, and someone is going to be butt hurt and ask why? Oh why? Didn't they just ask for what they needed? If they are hungry, why don't they eat cake?
