What are my ranked choices for repairing this T connector?

I tried plastic welding with a soldering iron and that failed.

My first attempt at building a new T connector has failed a leak, but I am sure it was because I did not allow the GOOP to set long enough.

Does the PCV cement and primer work well?

This T is under relatively mild house water pressure.

Getting a replacement T here is not available. Next place we could reasonably get a new one is in Panama.

Basically who has joined nylon??
