Very nice graph, but extremely light reporting. The reporter said it works but too bad you can't bring the cash home. This is 110% false. Apple *loaned* money to its US entities to pay dividends to shareholders and declared the interest paid to its tax haven shell companies a loss to offset even further the US entity.
The big SV techs are sovereign and are free from taxes.
