I just made an agreement with Kaiwen Lin. We are going to support each other for the rest of the month to go really low on carbs. For me that is no beer! (WTF!?!?!??!)
I am going to run the Spartan Beast (15 miles) on Nov 1st, and I badly sprained/tore some soft tissue in my knee 5 weeks ago, so I really can't run yet. So, bluntly, I need to get some weight off.
So public post. To make me more committed and obligated.
I just had ramen soup - hold the ramen (noodles).
