I think Trump himself is the most effective means to obstruct the GOP policy agenda.

I am no longer thinking we should try that hard to impeach him. As a walking dumpster fire he is doing great damage to the GOP for sure, but more importantly through sheer arrogance and ignorance he is screwing up all their legislative efforts to screw the middle class harder.
