Christmas Eve at Bethkania: distillation of a crappy pino noir.
We ended up with super potent ethanol for sure, it was so over powering that I couldn't be sure what else we created.
But pretty fun for two flasks and some left over wine. Grand pa Neil Bethke helped oversee the still.
