As Amanda said, and I have said so many times, the Police and the Police Departments have zero consequences when they commit crimes against our citizens.

So what if the citizen wins a million dollar lawsuit - WE the other tax payers have to pay it!

We need a federal law mandating that the police themselves pay their own civil penalties.

That is how EVERY other citizen and every other profession does it - buy insurance if you have to - or find another job.
