Wrapping up an awesome year with the Austin Area Homeschoolers, Kyle and his team went on to place 5th in the state of Texas for Science Olympiad!

The competition was tough and the two top teams are funded by Halliburton no less!

But a 5th place out of 32 teams representing the 1st and 2nd place teams from all of the regionals in Texas puts this team at 5th out of approx 150.

Also particularly strong as our team was heavy on the 7th graders and light on 9th graders. We will be back next year for sure!
