It would work just like mutual friends. It would scan your friends' lists and someone that shows up on say 3 or more friends' block lists, it suggests to you to block them as well.

Terrible for [fb's] engagement #s. Afterall what % of all fb engagement is the result of trolls and assholes? At least 10-15% of their business.

But it would sure lead to improved user happiness.
