Dominica is taking the cat5 Maria at this moment.

When we visited this island of 70,000 people 6 months ago all of the roads and bridges were still in only temporary repair from tropical storm Erika - and 44 people were killed.

A tropical storm.

Now there is a cat 5 with the eye centered on the capital.

The devastation is non stop this year.

And we are only 50% through the hurricane season...
